How are photos counted on quarterly and annual plans?
Quarterly plans count every upload once against the quarter's allowance, and deleting a photo does not give that count back. Annual plans are a pool: the allowance is what you are storing right now, so deleting an old event frees that space for the next one.
What happens when I reach my plan's photos?
Uploads pause, nothing is lost, and everything already delivered stays live. On an annual plan you can delete old events to free space or move up a size; on a quarterly plan a fresh allowance arrives with renewal.
*Annual pools are for real studio use. We do not enforce hard caps on how often you fill and free a pool, there is no rule like two or three refills. If a pattern of use starts to affect the platform for other studios, we will reach out and talk first.
